• Order information, bracelet layouts, saved designs, notes, payment status, and customer-service history.
• Images you intentionally upload for custom photo charms or reviews.
• Basic device, browser, and site-usage information from essential services and enabled analytics.

We use customer information to price and fulfil orders, contact you about delivery, prevent abuse, provide tracking and support, improve the builder, and keep required business records. We do not sell customer information.

Information is shared only where needed with services that help us operate—for example authentication, hosting, email, storage, analytics, and delivery partners. Delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver a parcel.

Custom-charm images are used to produce the item you requested and are kept private from the public catalog. Review text and photos are published publicly when you submit them; we may later moderate or remove reviews that are unsafe, unlawful, irrelevant, or abusive. Avoid uploading content you do not have permission to use.

We keep information only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, and legitimate accounting obligations. You can clear device-stored designs and tracking history from your browser. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us; some transaction records may need to be retained.
